A New Customer Service Experience

Dear players! Starting November 10th 2:00AM EST (GMT-5), we will be officially introducing the Online Service Center! Any queries can now be directed to us via this channel, which we will reply to you within 24 hours (often sooner!). Your concerns are always our priority - your smile means ever so much to us here at IGG! Thank you for your support and kind understanding.

How Do I Submit A Query/Issue Via The Online Service Center?

1. Login to the Service Center via http://service.igg.com/.

2. Click on "Online Service", which can be found on the top of the page.

3. Select your according game from the list shown.

4. Pick a question type available from the choices shown.

5. Fill in the form, and click on Submit!

The Live Support option will no longer be available in the official website of Voyage Century Online! If you have a pressing issue, however, you can still contact us via Live Support, which will now be available under the "Contact Us" section also found at the top of the page.
