It is an unfortunate side effect of having a great character that very occasionally a player's account may get stolen or sometimes a player, themselves may mistakenly delete their characters.  In answer to this we have launched a service to help them take care of these problems.

If your account is stolen, and you want us to recover your character and gear, you can apply for this service, however the service is only available for once a year. We can recover your character's skill levels, reputation, nationality, rank, warehouse capacity, quest record, bound gear(the item that cant be traded or have been bound by Security Lock or Binding Stone),the items sold to NPCs, and the items destroyed by characters themselves. You should notice that this service is only available for those players who have reported their character lost within 15 working days of noticing. So if you lose your account, contact us as soon as possible.

2. Accidentally deleted characters.

If you accidentally delete your character then you should apply for this service. We can help you to recover your character's skill levels, reputation, nationality, rank, warehouse capacity, quest record, bound gear(the item that cant be traded or have been bound by Security Lock or Binding Stone)the items sold to NPCs, and the items destroyed by characters themselves. You should notice that this service is only available for those players who have accidentally deleted their characters within 15 working days of applying, so if you do this to your character, contact us as soon as possible.

3. Recover a character's guild data

If you have accidentally dismissed a guild, (which can then become the cause of changes in social relations) then you should apply for this service. We will help you to recover the related data. You should notice that this service is only available for those players who have accidentally dismissed their guild within 15 working days of applying, so if you have done this to your guild, then contact us as soon as possible.
