Clothes and Hat Recast Explanation
Clothes and Hat Recast Explanation: Clothes and hats of Level 4 and above can be recast so as to grant them random trigger effects that can increase your combat abilities.
How to recast at higher grades for clothes and hats?
Level 2 recast can only be performed on clothes and hats that possess “skilled forging” from their level 1 recast;
Level 3 recast can only be performed on clothes and hats that possess “excellent forging” from their level 2 recast;
Level 4 recast can only be performed on clothes and hats that possess “royal forging” from their level 3 recast;

Confirm Recast
Some of the attributes for Weapons/Clothes/Hats can be locked from recasting.
For example, a player had previously recast a hat. It gained the skill, “Massive Shield Defense Level 2”, but had also ended up with a negative HP/Defense/Dodge Rate value.
That player may then lock the skill, “Massive Shield Defense Level 2”, before performing another recast. This way, the skill “Massive Shield Defense Level 2” will remain while the HP/Defense/Dodge Rate values are reset.
This way, the player may then be able to end up with a hat that gives +10% Defense, +10% Dodge Rate, +10% HP, and possesses “Massive Shield Defense Level 2”.
